The Mission
Hi, I’m Lillian Ford-Patterson, a College & Career Consultant who helps students and families feel supported, confident, and prepared for what’s next.
I hold a Master’s degree in School Counseling and both a PPS and CWA credential, and I’ve worked in education since 2017. I’ve helped students navigate different paths — trade school, community college, and four-year universities — which deepened my belief that there isn’t one “right” way to succeed.
The college process is not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help each student create a plan that fits who they are — their goals, strengths, and comfort level — so they feel both comfortable and excited about the future. Whether your student needs help staying on track with A–G requirements, building a college list, completing applications, writing essays, or navigating FAFSA and financial aid, I’ll guide the process step-by-step with patience, clarity, and encouragement.
